InnoHK Showcases Global Research Collaboration Outcomes at InnoEX 2026
12 AI and robotics-related InnoHK Centres are once again gathered at InnoEX 2026 for four consecutive days (13 - 16 April) to showcase their cutting-edge I&T achievements developed through Hong Kong’s collaborations with world-leading universities, reinforcing Hong Kong’s position as a global research hub.
Prof. Sun Dong, Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, Mr. Ivan Lee, Commissioner for Innovation & Technology and Mr. Nicholas Kwan, Deputy Head of Chief Executive’s Policy Unit have visited the InnoHK Pavilion and listened to the demonstrations from different InnoHK Centres. Highlights including: the “CPII Real-Time Speech-to-Summary Meeting Assistant”, developed by the Centre for Perceptual and Interactive Intelligence, has been implemented in various events, including the RTHK’s live broadcasts of the Policy Address and the Budget Speech; the Hong Kong Centre for Cerebro-Cardiovascular Health Engineering has led over 30 clinical studies supporting public and community health management, it leveraged its technologies to provide health screening services for more than 14 000 community members, translating research into tangible public benefit.
